Hi. A lot of useful information.
I would say that subliminal audio is based on two principles.
a) That constantly repeated phrases (positive or negative) will eventually become ‘habitual’ thought patters.
b) That the subconscious mind hears below the level of the waking conscious hearing level.

Put simply, subliminals are just very quiet, almost silent positive affirmations.
